A Framework for Lasting Ministry

Every church begins in a different place. Some are exploring the theology of work for the first time. Others have existing workplace ministries but want greater engagement and long-term impact.

Using a proven ministry development framework and my experience as an organizational change consultant, I help churches move from vision to implementation through five intentional phases.

1. Establish a Foundation

Develop a biblical understanding of work, vocation, leadership, stewardship and God's purposes for everyday work. This foundation creates a shared vision for pastors, staff, elders and ministry leaders. The Faith, Work & Money Church Integration Inventory™ is a resource to establish a baseline.

2. Develop a Focus

Identify your church's unique opportunities, priorities and ministry objectives. Together we determine where to begin and how to build a ministry that reflects your church's mission and culture.

3. Create Action Plans

Design practical strategies, leadership structures, discipleship pathways, workplace small groups, events, communication plans and ministry resources.

Implement ministry initiatives that equip believers in their everyday work while building momentum throughout the congregation.
