Change Management
Organizational change is rarely just about introducing a new strategy, structure, process or initiative. Successful change requires understanding how people experience change and creating the leadership, communication and organizational conditions necessary to move it forward.
I help leaders think strategically about both the organizational and human dimensions of change from clarifying the case for change and aligning leadership to identifying resistance, engaging stakeholders and supporting implementation.
- Leadership alignment
- Understanding and addressing resistance
- Implementation planning
- Communication strategy
- Organizational readiness
- Building accountability and sustaining change
Strategy
Strategy provides an organization with choices about where it is going, what matters most and how it will create meaningful results.
I work with executives and leadership teams to step beyond day-to-day operational demands and think more strategically about the future. Together, we examine the organization's current reality, external environment, opportunities, challenges and priorities to develop a clear direction and practical path forward.
- Strategic planning
- Translating strategy into actionable initiatives
- Strategy implementation and execution
- Strategic priorities and objectives
- Measures, milestones and accountability
- Facilitated executive and leadership retreats
Organizational Health & Effectiveness
Healthy, effective organizations are intentional about more than performance. They understand that sustainable results are influenced by leadership, culture, people, strategy, structure, systems and execution.
I help organizations step back from immediate symptoms and examine the larger organizational system, identifying areas of strength, gaps in effectiveness and opportunities for greater alignment.
- Organizational clarity and alignment
- Employee engagement
- Organizational structure and systems
- Organizational culture
- Communication and decision-making
- Organizational traction and performance
Team Effectiveness
- Team alignment and shared purpose
- Communication
- Productive conflict
- Collaboration
- Roles and expectations
- Trust and psychological safety
- Accountability
A Practical, Systems Approach
Organizational challenges do not exist in isolation. A strategy problem may be an alignment problem. An execution problem may reveal unclear accountability. Resistance to change may point to leadership, communication or culture issues. Team dysfunction can affect performance far beyond the team itself.
That is why my approach looks beyond the presenting problem to understand what is happening across the organization and why.
